Role And Responsibilities
- Load in/out various A/V equipment to and from job sites, integrator facilities, or RPM’s warehouse
- Pull cable per project documentation and adhere to local code requirements
- Install displays, projectors, screens, speakers, racks, control touch panels, and other A/V equipment into client job sites
- Review, highlight, adhere to, and redline changes on project wiring diagrams and drawings
- Maintain and track all tools for work
- Document all serial #’s of equipment installed by RPM
- Manage and organize project inventory and consumable hardware
- Properly dispose of all equipment trash, boxes, or packaging materials
- Clean job site work areas every day
- Turn on, setup, align, and/or test all equipment installed to the extent possible
- Assist lead techs with information for RPM Daily Reports
- Assist lead techs with the completion of RPM Quality Control Checklists
- Assist lead techs, PM’s and field engineers with troubleshooting physical installation issues during commissioning
- Track time in RPM’s digital time tracking app
Required Qualifications:
- No experience required
- Ability to pass government and civilian background checks and a drug test
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean (safe) driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Friendly, flexible, and approachable communicator
Desired Qualifications:
- AVIXA CTS & CTS-I
- OSHA 10
Additional Requirements:
- Available and willing to travel 75-100%
- Cordless drill set (all other tools needed will be provided)

Per RPM AVS’ background check policy, all final candidates will be required to consent to a criminal background investigation. Final candidates may be asked to disclose criminal record history during the initial screening process and prior to a conditional offer of employment. Applicants with screening results which confirm a disqualifying criminal history will be immediately disqualified from employment eligibility.
