UX Product Designer – ID 13652
The Sage Group’s client, the largest food delivery service, is seeking a Designer for their Commerce Platform. The Commerce Platform provides products and services to help Merchants grow, run, and operate their business on their channels - whether that’s in-store, or off-premise.
Our à la carte suite of solutions help Merchants scale their capabilities, drive more sales, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience - anytime, anywhere guests engage with their brand.
We’re looking for a contract designer to support high-priority projects in this space. You’ll start by working to ensure Merchants can operate a low friction, positive ROI business that deepens their relationships with their customers over time. Experience designing CRM tools, marketing campaigns, reporting, or similar will be useful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explore complex, ambiguous problem spaces, working with your team to understand the opportunity, and then chart a path forward.
- Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions iteratively.
- Own the end-to-end design (user flows, interaction, visual, etc.) across multiple products and projects.
- Clearly articulate your thinking throughout the design process, participate and present in reviews and work sessions to develop solutions further.
- Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as UX Research, Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations, and Marketing.
- Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features launch at the highest quality.
Qualifications:
- You have 5+ years of experience as a product/UX designer in a relevant industry.
- You enjoy working in ambiguous problem spaces and bring clarity to your teams through your mastery of the design process (and the occasional design sprint).
- You value high-quality well crafted visual design and obsess over the details.
- You are self-aware, curious, and humble. Prior design experience with multi-sided marketplaces, ecommerce, and complex workflow tools is a big plus.
List of Skills:
- Figma Experience with Design Systems Interaction / UI Design (Wireframing)
- Expert use of Design tools or ability to pick them up quickly
Start Date: March 1, 2025 (Ideally)
End Date: Aug 11, 2025 – chance of extension
Business Need: Increase in Workload
