Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging social media platforms to recommend new approaches for effective online presence.
  • Content Creation:
    • Create compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visuals.
  • Community Management:
    • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with the online community in a timely and professional manner.
    • Foster positive relationships with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, services, or events.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of social media strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports on social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay Updated on Trends:
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and new social media features to adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Test and implement innovative ideas to improve social media presence and engagement.
  • Social Advertising:
    • Coordinate and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, working closely with the digital marketing team to optimize ad performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with the marketing, public relations, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach across all communication channels.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
    • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Familiarity with social media advertising and paid campaigns.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Stay current with industry developments and trends.
