Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement aholistic social media strategyaligned with AiSensy’s business goals, focusing on awareness, lead generation, and community building.
  • PrioritizeYouTubeandInstagramas growth channels while also overseeing other relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate ateam of 10+social media specialists and content creators.
  • Set clear performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and ensure continuous skill development within the team.

YouTube Channel Management

  • Own the entire YouTube presence—content planning, scriptwriting, video production oversight, SEO optimization, and channel analytics.
  • Collaborate with video editors and designers to produce high-quality explainer videos, product tutorials, thought leadership content, and more.
  • Track and analyze video performance metrics (views, watch time, subscribers, conversion rates) to refine content strategy.

Instagram Growth & Engagement

  • Strategically manage Instagram content to enhance brand awareness, drive organic traffic, and engage our B2B audience.
  • Oversee the design and posting schedule for Reels, carousels, stories, and IGTV/live sessions.
  • Leverage engagement strategies (polls, Q&As, contests) to create a vibrant follower community.
  • Develop and maintain a robust editorial calendar in partnership with marketing, product, and design teams.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media platforms, adapting content to each platform’s unique audience.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Regularly review social media KPIs (engagement rate, reach, CTR, conversions), using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on social media ROI, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Brand Advocacy & Community Building

  • Cultivate an online community that resonates with AiSensy’s brand values—focusing on business automation, customer success, and innovative SaaS solutions.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages promptly, and troubleshoot issues or escalate to the relevant teams.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to align campaigns and amplify key product or feature launches.
  • Partner with influencers, thought leaders, and industry partners to extend reach and credibility in the B2B space.

Social Listening & Trend Analysis

  • Monitor conversations, brand mentions, and industry trends to proactively respond to feedback and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Identify emerging tools or features on YouTube, Instagram, or other platforms to keep AiSensy on the cutting edge.

Budgeting & Resource Allocation

  • Manage the social media budget effectively, allocating resources for paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and content production.
  • Negotiate with vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure quality deliverables within budget.

Required Qualifications

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Social Media & Content Expertise

  • Proven experience (5+ years) managing and growing social channels—particularlyYouTubeandInstagram—for B2B or SaaS brands.
  • Strong knowledge ofSEO best practicesfor YouTube andInstagram growth hacks(Reels optimization, algorithm understanding, etc.).

Leadership Experience

  • Demonstrated success leading teams of 5+ members; ability to scale teams, establish KPIs, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of social media or content teams.

Analytical & Strategic Skills

  • Proficiency with social analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram Insights, etc.) and content scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and iterate strategies for continuous improvement.

Creativity & Communication

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
  • Ability to produce compelling visual and narrative content that resonates with a B2B audience.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

SaaS / B2B Domain Knowledge(Preferred)

  • Familiarity with SaaS business models, B2B marketing, and WhatsApp Business API solutions is a plus.

Adaptability & Growth Mindset

  • A passion for experimentation, staying updated on social trends, and a willingness to pivot quickly based on platform updates and audience feedback.
