WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Multimedia Designer will support bswift’s marketing and communication efforts by creating impactful and engaging multimedia content. The role involves working as both a supportive team member and an independent contributor. You will work alongside a team of graphic designers, animators, video editors, and digital developers creating print and digital collateral for our clients and bswift business.
This work includes designing PowerPoint presentations, editing videos, and producing motion graphic videos. Example tasks might include developing a storyboard for a motion graphic video, editing live event footage, updating a PowerPoint presentation, and collaborating with the video and animation team on incoming projects. The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for owning and delivering multiple projects.
WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions):
- Design and animate PowerPoint presentations.
- Edit live event footage and video content.
- Develop and produce motion graphic videos.
- Collaborate with video and animation team members to manage incoming projects.
- Deliver multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
- Maintain brand consistency across all multimedia projects.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience):
- 3-5+ years of multimedia design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects.
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, with experience designing and animating presentations.
- Strong video editing skills and the ability to create motion graphics.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work without micromanagement.
- Comfort working in both team environments and independently.
- Advanced Mac user with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Teams).
NICE TO HAVE (Preferred Education and Experience):
- Experience working in a fast-paced, corporate setting.
- Familiarity with live event production processes.
- Exposure to digital marketing strategies.

Standard working hours are 8am-5pm Central Time, unless otherwise stated in the Job Description.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at bswift, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package!
