What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Assist the Music Development Manager and Music Operations team with daily administration tasks within the Music Initiative program
2. Facilitate the receipt of all new approved music documentation and manage artist contracts
3. Execute administrative tasks such as data entry and file management
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Partnerships, Operations, and Legal
5. Monitor copyright compliance and address any issues with internal teams

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an arts/music organization
2. Strong computer skills, including MS Outlook, Google Drive, Word, Excel, Tableau, and Cortex
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
5. Experience with music industry contracts and copyright management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience with digital asset management systems and digital service providers (DSPs)
2. Knowledge of copyright laws and regulations, including managing copyright compliance
3. Familiarity with DDEX standards
