Salary range: $120,000 to $145,000 per year

As they grow their detailed database of more than 20 million active American donors to their political and non-profit clients, they’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to help create impactful products and improve their holistic design system.

It will be your responsibility to plan and own all design and research projects while tracking and sharing insights with the organization. You will balance consistency with customization and reusability with innovation, all while staying true to the organization’s mission and identity. You will use data and user feedback to ensure that UX is always holistic, desirable, and curated.

What’s it going to take to score an interview?

• Effective Communication and Collaboration Are Your Jam: You’re a pro at working cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to build the best user experience. You are comfortable presenting your designs to the C-Suite.
• You Have an Expert-Level Design Portfolio: This is a non-negotiable. You must have an online portfolio that includes site maps, user flows, and lo- and hi-fidelity prototypes.
• You’re a Proactive Data-Driven Problem Solver: You look at the data to identify and develop solutions to challenges, constantly focusing on big-picture progress.
• If Design Stewardship Were a Spirit Animal… You would be IT! You possess an uncanny ability to understand and visualize multiple scenarios and user states simultaneously.
