This senior executive role is responsible for defining and executing the strategic vision, including market positioning, customer acquisition, pricing models, business growth strategies, and strategic partnerships. The position will work cross-functionally with executive leadership, engineering, and go-to-market teams to drive expansion into new industries and establish the company as a market leader. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of customer-centricity, operational excellence, and business innovation. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Define and drive the long-term vision, strategy, and goals, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives and market opportunities. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer demands, and industry expansion opportunities. Develop and maintain a business growth roadmap that aligns with strategic objectives, prioritizing expansion initiatives, partnerships, and customer acquisition strategies. Shape the go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with evolving market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Provide executive oversight on business development efforts to drive sustainable revenue growth and industry partnerships. Business Development & Market Expansion Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships, alliances, and acquisition opportunities to expand market presence. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new technologies, ensuring alignment with customer pain points and business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, enterprise clients, and technology partners. Spearhead initiatives to expand into new markets, verticals, and geographies, including government, healthcare, and finance. Position the company as a thought leader through strategic networking, speaking engagements, and industry events. Revenue Growth & Commercial Strategy Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies for customer engagement, revenue expansion, and demand generation. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business success, customer acquisition, and market penetration. Foster strong collaboration between product, engineering, and sales teams to drive seamless execution of commercial strategies. Develop pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining competitive positioning. People & Cross-Functional Leadership Lead, mentor, and inspire teams across business development, partnerships, and marketing to achieve high-impact results. Foster strong internal collaboration to align product development, market expansion, and customer success functions with business growth objectives. Drive a customer-first approach, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to refine product-market fit. Develop scalable processes to enhance operational efficiency and revenue predictability. Qualifications Advanced degree or relevant experience in Business, Technology, or Startups; MBA preferred. 7+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial strategy roles within technology, AI, or enterprise solutions. Proven track record of driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships in complex technology markets. Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience scaling business development and strategic alliance teams. Expertise in market expansion strategies, competitive positioning, and pricing optimization. Exceptional ability to translate market insights into business strategies and strategic growth initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead high-growth technology organizations and drive transformative business innovation.
