Role:
The Specialist ensures compliance, integrity, and readiness of Small Cell assets, including Hubs, Nodes, and geographic data. Responsibilities include managing and verifying asset data using Network Records Systems (NRS), GIS mapping, financial ERP systems, and Property Management software. Collaboration with engineering and construction teams is required to maintain data accuracy and support company objectives. Responsibilities: Manage and analyze NRS data, ensuring compliance and asset integrity. Verify asset relationships between sales proposals and existing infrastructure. Perform data quality checks, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance. Provide technical support to Engineering, field teams, and Change Management. Lead special projects related to data reconciliation and system integrations. Review construction drawings to update asset databases. Work with GIS applications to model telecommunications systems. Support RF engineers and field operations in asset verification. Respond to tickets and work orders, ensuring accurate data. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tracking software. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment. Experience with GIS tools (ArcGIS preferred) and telecommunications assets. Basic knowledge of pole attachments and small cell equipment. Education & Experience: High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in GIS, EE, Telecommunications, or related field preferred. 5+ years’ experience in asset NRS or related system. 3+ years’ experience with GIS, asset databases, or tools preferred. Experience reading construction drawings preferred.
