About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP, Integrated Marketing Services for North America. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of leading the strategic direction and execution of all scaled marketing services for the company's North American labels. This pivotal role involves the development of a new central marketing organization and the creation of innovative approaches to scaled marketing services, including platform marketing, marketing intelligence, and other digital marketing opportunities. The SVP will be responsible for marketing strategy and transformation, campaign delivery (both domestic and international), finance, direct team leadership, and ensuring the consistent adoption of marketing tools and strategies across the label groups. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in marketing within North America, with a focus on music, creative, or entertainment industries. The role requires a seasoned executive-level marketer with a strong understanding of marketing strategies and tools, including social, direct marketing, content, and paid. The ideal candidate will be a transformative leader, an ambassador for change, and an agile thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and tech-enabled solutions. A passion for music and an understanding of the evolving music landscape are essential. The SVP will also be expected to have a strong project and program management skill set, an analytical mindset, and a proven track record of utilizing data to drive marketing decisions.
