About the Role
We are searching for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Integrated Marketing Services to lead our North American marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will take charge of the strategic direction and execution of comprehensive marketing services that will elevate our labels in the competitive music landscape.
As the SVP, you will spearhead the creation of a new central marketing organization, exploring innovative strategies in platform marketing, marketing intelligence, and cutting-edge digital marketing initiatives. Your leadership will be pivotal not only in crafting effective marketing strategies and overseeing campaign delivery (domestically and internationally) but also in driving financial performance and fostering direct team leadership.
This role calls for a seasoned marketing executive with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the music, creative, or entertainment sectors. You will need to demonstrate an advanced understanding of various marketing strategies and tools, including social media marketing, direct marketing, content creation, and paid advertising. As a transformative leader and change ambassador, you will have an agile mindset focused on continuous improvement and implementing tech-enabled solutions.
A genuine passion for music and a nuanced understanding of its evolving landscape are crucial. Furthermore, we expect you to possess strong project and program management skills, an analytical thought process, and a proven ability to leverage data for informed marketing decisions.
