About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and strategic Vice President of Marketing Strategy to take the lead in developing and executing impactful marketing initiatives that will significantly enhance our global retail business. As a key driver of brand awareness and consideration for our investment capabilities and global product suite, your focus will be on engaging wealth and high-net-worth advisors. In this role, you will oversee strategic sponsorships and partnerships, direct comprehensive marketing programs and campaign strategies, and manage a talented team of marketing professionals to achieve outcomes that resonate with our global business objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
At least 10 years of marketing experience in asset management or financial services with a global emphasis.
A proven track record of leading successful multi-channel marketing programs.
Strong vision, outcome-focused leadership with expertise in financial markets, investment products, and retail distribution channels.
Exceptional ability to independently implement creative marketing strategies.
Experience in data-driven audience segmentation and a strong aptitude for data analysis.
Outstanding leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
