Job Summary: This position will collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Denver Broncos Football Club's marketing, sponsorship, ticket sales, premium seating teams, and the Stadium Management Company, to create print and digital assets. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with a positive attitude who thrives in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Involvement in the day-to-day design and brand management by:
  • Assisting with the creation of print and digital assets for branding, campaigns, social media, website, email, and in-stadium graphics.
  • Ensuring the design and all assets are delivered to specifications on time with attention to detail and within established brand standards.
Impact the team's brand development by:
  • Staying up-to-date on design trends and sports branding to bring fresh, creative ideas to the team.
  • Providing support to social, content, and video verticals when needed.
Manage department administrative functions by:
  • Maintaining an efficient file storage process.
  • Keeping the designer dashboard up-to-date and clearly communicating design timelines.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager of UX & Digital Design and Creative Director.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree in graphic design, digital media, visual communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Six months of experience working in a professional environment using graphic design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take creative direction, iterate efficiently, and develop compelling design solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Must be available to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for game days and special events.
  • Design portfolio
Preferred Skills & Ability
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the professional sports industry a plus
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines.
  • Ability to manage numerous business relationships in a professional manner, including multiple concurrent projects across stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working within a project management system.
  • Working knowledge of Figma.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary for this position is $18.81/hour.
