Junior Designer Job at Inceed in Oklahoma City

Compensation: $25-$28/hr.

Position: Junior Designer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Junior Designer to join their team! This is a junior-level role ideal for a driven web designer with a passion for front-end web design. The selected candidate will work alongside a UX team to bring thousands of clients' websites to life, utilizing web tools and technologies to create impactful solutions. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the UX team to implement design changes and front-end code based on florist requests
• Use web tools and technologies, including semantic HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript, to bring design concepts to life
• Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and developers, to meet business and user needs
• Assist in the prototyping and layout creation using Figma
• Ensure clear communication and effectively manage tasks independently

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 1+ year of relevant design experience
• Proficiency in semantic HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript
• Understanding of Figma for prototyping and layout creation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including excellent grammar and proof-reading ability
• Organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage projects independently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and designers
• Ability to take initiative and problem-solve independently
• Interest in implementing and testing new services to improve business growth
