Position: Technical Writer

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Writer to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support the server administration and sustainment team by creating and managing technical documentation. The role will focus on consolidating and structuring existing materials, developing new standard operating procedures, and ensuring all documentation is accessible and up to date. This position offers the chance to work closely with IT leadership, subject matter experts, and supervisors to enhance and streamline documentation processes.

Responsibilities:

• Document and consolidate server administration processes in ServiceNow
• Develop and update SOPs, guidelines, and instructional materials
• Ensure documentation accuracy, accessibility, and compliance

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 3-5 years of IT professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years as a Technical Writer
• Knowledge of security standards and documentation best practices
