Position: User Experience Designer Compensation : $30-45/hr Location : Kansas City, Missouri Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled User Experience Designer to join their team! As part of a collaborative and agile environment, this role will focus on designing seamless user experiences for both web and mobile platforms. The team values user-centered design and is looking for someone who can balance innovation with practical functionality. It’s a chance to influence design strategy while working closely with product, development, and business teams. Responsibilities Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups aligned with user and business needs Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs Present design concepts to stakeholders with clear rationale Maintain and enhance design systems and component libraries Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a design-related field 2–5+ years of hands-on UI/UX design experience in agile environments Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision Strong portfolio with UX case studies and user interface examples Solid grasp of UX principles, visual design, and accessibility standards Nice To Have Skills & Experience Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams Background in SaaS, enterprise, or mobile-first product design Understanding of responsive design techniques Ability to rapidly iterate designs based on user feedback Perks & Benefits 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary and Long-term disability insurance Paid time off, 401k, and holiday pay Weekly direct deposit or pay card deposit If you are interested in learning more about the User Experience Designer opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
