We’re looking to hire a Social Media Graphic Designer for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-known fitness brand. You’ll join the Creative team to create engaging visuals, videos and motion graphics for the brands social media accounts. This is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity. The role is located in Carlsbad, CA and is Hybrid-Onsite: 4 days onsite/1 day remote. Responsibilities: Design and develop digital content for social media platforms, including graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia assets. Create engaging layouts and designs for digital marketing materials such as web banners, ads, social media posts, and email campaigns. Edit and produce video content for social media channels, ensuring high standards of quality and brand consistency. Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts for marketing projects. Contribute to strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence and awareness. Stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains innovative and competitive. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a related field. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, AfterEffects), MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong knowledge of design principles, methods, and techniques. Skills in video editing and motion graphics. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities. Creative thinker with the ability to conceive and produce emotionally evocative visual stories.
