Job DetailsJob LocationCentral - Eldridge, IAPosition TypeFull-TimeEducation LevelBachelor'sJob ShiftDay ShiftDescriptionThe Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in shaping our brand, managing promotions, and delivering impactful messaging through our customer portal/app and other digital platforms.What You'll Do:Market Research: Conduct research to understand consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.Marketing Support: Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities, including content development, advertising, and event planning.Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with key partners to execute promotional events and campaigns aimed at increasing retail sales.Brand Awareness: Work with industry professionals to align and coordinate marketing efforts for greater brand visibility.Campaign Development & Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to support product launches, customer loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, agronomy, energy, feed) to develop and deliver consistent messaging that drives customer engagement. Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and improve ROI.Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing marketing performance (e.g., campaign results, traffic, conversion rates) to refine future strategies. Produce campaign analytics reports as needed.Reporting: Maintain and distribute monthly marketing reports tracking key metrics, including lead generation, website traffic, and content creation.Marketing Tactics: Execute day-to-day marketing activities in alignment with the marketing plan and timelines.Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative marketing materials meet brand guidelines and undergo proper brand review.CRM Management: Enter and manage lead data in the CRM system as required.Website & Digital Presence: Maintain and update the company website to ensure it reflects current products, services, and brand values. Create compelling digital content-articles, blogs, graphics, and videos-to boost online engagement.Lead Nurturing: Assist in optimizing lead-nurturing processes through email, content, events, and social media.Digital Interface Management: Support the launch and maintenance of relevant digital touchpoints for customer and prospect engagement.Budget Management: Help manage marketing and media budgets in line with approved expectations.Note: This job description is not intended to be exhaustive. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.QualificationsWhat You'll bring:Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field preferred.2+ years of experience as marketing specialist, marketing communications or similar role.Strong understanding of marketing, including digital (SEO, social media) and traditional methods.Proficient in MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, CRM), and web tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads). HTML experience is a plus.Familiarity with website management and graphic design tools (Photoshop, WordPress, social media, Illustrator, InDesign) is a must.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong public speaking abilities.Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.Knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics.Experience with product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Valid driver's license.Working conditions:May be exposed to dust, noise, heat, cold, ag chemicals, and vapors, and moving machinery.
