Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $52,970 - $61.500 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. As a Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create compelling campaigns tailored to our target audience. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Create, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and email.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content for websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools to inform future strategies.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional events and product launches.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
