If you're passionate about data, attribution and driven by results, we want to hear from you!As a Marketing Analyst, you will be the driving force behind data-driven decision-making, analyzing Salesforce and Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities that fuel growth. Your focus will be on optimizing marketing ROI, attribution, and sales pipeline efficiency, transforming complex data into actionable strategies. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure every lead and touchpoint is effectively tracked, measured, and leveraged for maximum impact.What You'll Do:Analyze & Discover: Mine Salesforce and Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) data to uncover conversion trends and identify areas to optimize performance. Develop and refine models for campaign tracking, attribution, and lead scoring.Strategize & Recommend: Turn insights into action plans, recommending strategies to enhance lead flow, funnel efficiency, and sales pipeline performance. Establish and maintain scalable processes, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support efficient campaign rollouts.Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with Marketing Operations, Demand Gen, Sales, and Revenue Operations to align performance with data-driven goals. Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting and continuous optimization of marketing and sales alignment.Diagnose & Solve: Pinpoint inefficiencies or gaps in attribution and work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance lead tracking and sales follow-up. Analyze data to measure marketing return on investment (ROI) and partner with Revenue Operations to assess impact and effectiveness.Track & Report: Develop clear, concise reports that outline findings, opportunities, and the impact of implemented strategies. Fully remote. Work schedule Monday - Friday, regular business hours.
