Role Overview:

We are seeking a Account Manager & Growth Marketer to join our team in a remote, part-time or full-time contractor capacity. This role offers the potential to evolve into a full-time position and presents growth opportunities for the right candidate to advance into a leadership role within Future Digital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Gain a deep understanding of clients' businesses and objectives
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive campaign performance
• Oversee execution and manage deliverables
• Work in partnership to achieve target CAC & ROAS goals
• Manage client communications and expectations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-5 years of growth marketing and account management experience (in-house or agency)
• Experience managing paid social & search campaigns with six to seven-figure monthly media spend
• Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and communicate insights effectively
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with women's health & wellness brands
• Background in growth & performance marketing agencies
