Global Marketing Communications Manager
to lead our global marketing communications efforts. This role will be integral in shaping and executing a cohesive brand strategy that supports our corporate objectives across all our companies and brands worldwide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Management:
Oversee the development and maintenance of the overarching corporate brand identity Manage brand architecture to ensure clarity and consistency across all products and services Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand recognition and loyalty globally Marketing Communications:
Design and execute comprehensive communication plans for both internal and external stakeholders Lead content creation for marketing collateral, press releases, newsletters, and digital platforms Coordinate global marketing campaigns that align with corporate objectives Agency Management:
Manage relationships with external agencies (PR, Advertising, Digital Marketing, etc.) to ensure they deliver on brand strategy and communication goals Negotiate contracts, oversee budget allocations, and evaluate agency performance External & Internal Communications:
Serve as the primary contact for media relations, ensuring all public communications reflect our corporate image and goals Develop internal communication strategies to keep employees engaged and informed about corporate developments, culture, and strategic directions Global Coordination:
Work across different time zones and cultures to implement a consistent brand message Adapt strategies to meet the needs of diverse markets while maintaining brand integrity EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree Required - Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field MBA preferred EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 7 (seven) years of experience in marketing communications 3+ years managerial experience (managing budgets; marketing campaigns; outside agencies) f Proven experience in managing Global Brand Communications Experience in agricultural, chemical, or related industries is highly desirable Experience working for a Public Company a Plus! SKILLS
Exceptional leadership and project management abilities Strong strategic thinking with a track record of implementing successful marketing campaigns for a global company Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
