Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer -- this person needs to have strong communication skills, as they will be client facing. Please let me know! Key Responsibilities API Integrations: Connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems for seamless data exchange. Journey Implementation: Design and execute complex customer journeys using Journey Builder. Utilize data extensions and Automation Studio to enable journey logic as needed. Landing Page Development: Create and manage landing pages using Content Builder and Cloud Pages. Ensure they are responsive, brand-aligned, and optimized for various devices. Integrate forms and interactive elements to capture customer data and drive engagement. Experience with "headless" landing page development is highly desirable. Triggered Sends: Configure and manage automated triggered sends to respond to customer interactions in real time. Email Development: Build and test responsive email templates using Figma/Emailify, HTML, CSS, and AMPscript. Experience with modular content structures and touch assembly is a plus. Implement dynamic content, personalization, A/B testing, and Test/Control groups. Data Management: Handle data extensions, segmentation, and SQL queries to optimize marketing efforts. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with strategists, designers, project managers, and account leads to understand project requirements, provide technical insights, and drive successful execution. Required Skills and Expertise Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, HTML, AMPscript, and SSJS. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with core platform components, including Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Cloud Pages. Strategic Mindset: Capable of designing scalable, efficient solutions tailored to project needs. Data Expertise: Strong knowledge of data extensions, segmentation, and integration techniques. Project Management: Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work on schedule. Communication Skills: Strong ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
