Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage the organization's digital marketing strategies, including social media management, paid campaigns, SEO, and email marketing. This role will focus on using digital channels to drive engagement and awareness of healthcare services, as well as analyzing data to improve campaign performance and optimize ROI.

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media management, email campaigns, SEO, and paid digital advertising. Create and manage content for social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the organization's brand and message. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the multimedia team to create engaging digital content (e.g., video interview, reels) for various platforms. Respond to customer reviews (Google, Yelp, etc.), social media comments, and direct messages, ensuring timely, professional, and engaging interactions to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. Track and report on key digital marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, including social media management and paid advertising. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, etc.). Strong communication and content creation skills. Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance.
