POSITION TITLE: Digital Marketing SpecialistFLSA STATUS: ExemptSUMMARY:The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for optimizing and executing our digital marketing strategies across various channels, including email marketing, social media marketing, paid digital advertising, website content management, and other channels to support our overall marketing goals. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and project management skills to enhance our brand's online presence and drive measurable results.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:•Execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels such as email, social media, search engines, website, and landing pages to achieve marketing goals and report on performance•Implement and execute content marketing tactics and programs on the bank's websites to increase SEO, ensure accessibility & ADA compliance, and improve the bank's online presence and customer experience•Coordinate and manage the bank's social media presence in conjunction with product launches, corporate communication initiatives, and other branding campaigns•Collaborate on planning, execution, and implementation of A/B testing of digital campaigns on email, display advertising, and search engine marketing•Build the bank's website pages and campaign-specific landing pages to support both outbound and inbound marketing initiatives•Maintain bank's intranet site, World of Carter, and train designated department page owners on the use of the Intranet CMS platform•Monitor and pull reports on the performance of digital initiatives through Google Analytics and other dashboarding tools to measure effectiveness and recommend data-based actions. •Ensure the organization's online presence is up-to-date, on-brand, and relevant•Stay up to date with the latest industry and digital trends and proactively research competitor activity•Ensure compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act and all other online privacy rules and regulationsJOB REQUIREMENTS:•High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree in marketing or closely related field preferred•Previous experience in financial services industry and/or digital/advertising agency experience a plusKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:•Advanced proficiency with email marketing platforms and social media management tools•Advanced proficiency with web design and content management systems•Intermediate working knowledge of paid digital advertising using Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other relevant platforms•Basic proficiency with CRM tools•Intermediate understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics•Intermediate project and time management skills•Advanced skills in MS Office•Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills•Intermediate collaboration skills•Advanced verbal and written communication skillsPHYSICAL AND MENTAL QUALIFICATIONS:•Standing, walking, bending and stooping required•Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time and use a computer•Must be able to occasionally move or lift up to 10 pounds•May be asked to work supplemental hours periodically•Limited travel required occasionally during and after business hours Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
