We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Brand Content Moderator to join our Artificial Creative Intelligence initiative. Your professional experience in researching stills and video has given you the know-how to confidently and efficiently weigh in on content that best aligns with brand guidelines and standards.

About the Role:
\nAs a Brand Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content across social platforms and determining its suitability for publication. You will be trained in our brand guidelines and review tools so you can make judgment calls on image quality that aligns with our brand. You will play a vital role in upholding our brand identity and ensuring our users receive a high-quality brand experience across channels.
\nResponsibilities:

- Review user-generated content videos for the Brand Selection phase of our moderation process, ensuring that the content meets the high standards required to represent our brands. \n
- Accurately categorize and tag content based on pre-defined criteria. \n
- Maintain detailed records of moderation activities and provide regular reports on content trends and issues. \n
- Stay up-to-date with brand guidelines, community standards, and evolving platform policies. \n
- Collaborate with other team members across brand creative, photography, and operations to improve moderation processes and tools. \n
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the moderation platform, user experience, and suggest improvements \n
- Contribute to data collection for training materials \n
Experience:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills – with an emphasis on nurturing partnerships and internal relationships. \n
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying inconsistencies. \n
- A well-developed and elevated aesthetic, and passion for visual storytelling. \n
- Experienced with photography and video research, and image review platforms. \n
- Ability to make sound judgments and decisions in a timely manner. \n
- Comfortable working with large volumes of content and maintaining focus. \n
- Familiarity with content creators, photo & video resources, social media platforms and online communities. \n
Ideal Candidate:
\n- \n
- Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or a related field. \n
- Experience working with content moderation tools and platforms. \n
- Knowledge of UGC video content and the specific moderation challenges they present. \n
- Understanding of what makes good UGC creative content \n
- Knowledge of image rights and legal clearance processes for licensed and commissioned content. \n
- Experience with creative project management. \n
\nThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $63.37 to $70.42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
