Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Content Manager to oversee the strategy, creation, and management of our digital content. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content development, SEO, and website content management, ensuring that our online presence is engaging, optimized, and aligned with business goals.
\n• Take ownership of the content strategies that align with company goals and target audience.
\n• Manage project workflows and coordination across multiple agency partnerships and functional deliverables, including SEO, development, accessibility, experience authoring, design, copy development and copyediting, tagging and analytics, localization, and experimentation.
\n• Development & alignment of editorial calendar with seasonal and key marketing beats and product launches.
\n• Manage and update website content using the “copy doc” to ensure accuracy, consistency, and SEO best practices.
\n• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to enhance user experience.
\n• Maintain content calendars and oversee content publication schedules.
\n• Optimize content for different platforms, including blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
\n• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company style guides across all digital content.
\n• Manage content governance, including audits and updates to outdated material.
\n• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and web management.
\n• Content & lifecycle management including Adobe DAM/Assets management.
\n• Own content article approval process for external teams including all parties as required.
\nRequirements & Qualifications:
\n• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Journalism, or comparable experience.
\n• 3+ years of experience in web content management, digital marketing, or related roles.
\n• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or BrightEdge.
\n• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
\n• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
\n• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
\n• Strong analytical skills to measure content performance and user engagement.
Preferred Skills:
\n• Knowledge of UX/UI best practices.
\n• Understanding of content accessibility standards.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
