Job Description:

As the Customer Service Department Manager, you'll lead a team of 40+ dedicated customer service representatives, both on-site and remote. Your primary focus will be to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction for our online sales customers through phone, live chat, and email support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer service department, using previous leadership experience to drive results.
  • Inspire and energize the team to boost performance and morale.
  • Strategically prioritize and manage tasks for optimal efficiency.
  • Enhance service quality and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Empower team members with decision-making responsibilities.
  • Manage employee schedules for chat and phone support, ensuring effective coverage.
  • Implement a ticketing project management system to improve workflow and track progress.
  • Foster a supportive and familial team environment through strong relationships.
  • Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring exceptional satisfaction.
  • Streamline service processes and operations for increased efficiency.
  • Gain insights into customer behavior and identify opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
  • Create and implement training programs to develop team skills and performance.
  • Utilize Excel for data analysis and report generation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership experience, especially in customer service or related fields.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in customer service software for managing multi-channel support is preferred.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting to enhance departmental performance.
