Position Overview:

SEBPO seeks an exceptionally organized and detail-obsessed Vice President of Marketing to create a marketing vision during a period of rapid growth. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer , this role oversees all marketing campaigns, content, digital marketing, team management, and budget allocation while driving measurable results using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud . The ideal candidate is a proven leader who thrives in high-stakes environments and delivers consistent, polished outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including internal employees and external vendors.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with SEBPO’s aggressive growth objectives.
  • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other tools.
  • Oversee resource allocation, ensuring team efficiency and timely delivery of projects.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring accountability and measurable results.
  • Develop and maintain the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Oversee website updates, social media management, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are error-free, polished, and consistent with SEBPO’s brand standards.
  • Present marketing strategies and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Lead RFP response contributions, ensuring accuracy and alignment with SEBPO’s value proposition.
  • Maintain daily updates to the project tracker, identifying obstacles and gaps.
  • Guide the team in managing SEBPO’s global brand and messaging, ensuring consistency across regions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve SEBPO’s marketing tech stack.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Drive team accountability for daily tasks and weekly deliverables, such as the Friday Marketing Update email.
  • Finalize and approve all external marketing communications and materials.
  • Manage risks, HR issues, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the marketing team operates efficiently during normal business hours.
  • Oversee international branding efforts and manage legal requirements for global operations.

Qualifications

  • MBA required , preferably with a focus on Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 10-15 years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in the BPO industry or related fields.
  • Expertise in team-building, budget management, and driving results through data-driven strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of managing diverse teams.
  • Hands-on experience in brand management, campaign execution, and stakeholder collaboration.
