Job Description:
As a Marketing Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Aivres' future.
You will support the Channel Marketing and Event Marketing teams and work closely with Manufacturing Business Partners to develop Marketing Development Fund programs (MDF) and implement product marketing activities.
You will engage with partner organizations in the US to pursue relevant promotional programs for Aivres. You have excellent organizational and research skills that enable you to plan and manage programs up to six months in advance.
You will be a key ambassador of our brand by representing Aivres in all vital marketing activities and communications, and you will be expected to travel frequently for your role.
You have experience managing numerous critical deadlines and moving targets, and are expert at handling stressful situations. You are creative, proactive, resourceful, an excellent communicator, and ready to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop quarterly MDF programs and propose the plan to key Business Partners.
- Execute MDF activities quarterly on time and within budget. Collect the proof of performance (POPs) to fulfill the requirements of each activity, claim the outcome, follow up on the claim status, and ensure the funds are received.
- Work closely with cross-departmental teams (sales, product engineering, production, business operation, supply chain), business partners, and other 3rd party vendors to identify issues and implement programs aligned with Aivres’ strategic business and brand objectives.
- Track and measure Return on Investment (ROI) on MDF programs; Initiate monthly marketing meetings to update the status of MDF programs and budgets.
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; monitor marketing funds and report monthly budgets and expenses.
- Maintain and strengthen the organization’s brand through all media avenues by preparing and managing marketing and sales enablement assets.
- Support content team upon request; tasks include collecting product specs, descriptions, and images, researching competitive products.
- Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Manage marketing asset inventory, including applying for the latest generation and scrapping outdated products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Advertising, Business, Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in channel marketing or corporate event management; MDF experience preferred.
- Experience with contracts and negotiation.
- Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision and open to opportunities that add value to job accomplishments.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and high standards under pressure.
- Excellent project management skills to coordinate inter-departmental and cross-functional efforts.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
