What You'll Do
- Strategic Visionary: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, increase those chicken cravings.
- Collaborative Leader: Partner with Operations, R&D, Finance, and other teams to launch impactful marketing initiatives that are as smooth as our hummus (and just as delicious).
- Data-Driven Dynamo: Dive deep into market trends, customer data, and analytics to create targeted campaigns that hit the spot and deliver measurable results.
- Multi-Channel Maestro: Orchestrate a symphony of digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and in-store promotions to keep Zankou Chicken top-of-mind.
- Brand Ambassador: Champion the Zankou Chicken brand voice and ensure all content (from mouthwatering photos to engaging videos) reflects our unique personality and values.
- Community Builder: Plan events, promotions, and partnerships that get people excited about our brand and foster a strong sense of community.
- Innovation Driver: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to keep our strategies fresh, exciting, and effective.
What You Bring to the Table
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus!).
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience leading and executing successful digital marketing campaigns, ideally with some food and beverage industry experience.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience leading and managing a team
Skills:
- Social Media Expertise: You're a social media pro with a deep understanding of how to engage audiences and build brand loyalty.
- SEO/SEM Savvy: You know how to get Zankou Chicken to the top of the search results and drive organic traffic.
- Leadership Prowess: You have a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Communication & Project Management: You're a master communicator and project manager who can juggle multiple campaigns with ease.
- Data-Driven Mindset: You're analytical and detail-oriented, always looking for ways to optimize and improve based on data insights.
- Technical Proficiency: You have a strong understanding of email marketing platforms, social media management tools, SEO tools, and other relevant technologies.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with loyalty programs and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Strong design skills and experience with email marketing and social media design.
- Expertise in Google Advertising and other paid media platforms.
