JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for project management and day-to-day workflow of marketing materials that reach consumers, travel agents, guests and team members. Develop project briefs to initiate assignments and ensure all work is produced based on strategy, budget and timeline. Build and maintain a strong working relationship with business owners and serve as a liaison between Marketing Services department and business owners. Manage external vendors as needed to successfully execute projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate as primary liaison between creative team members and business owners. Provide project management for marketing projects from inception through completion. Working closely with the resourcing manager for job assignments and trafficking needs.
- Maintain effective cadence of communication between creative teams, business owners and leadership, including project status updates, business needs, competitive considerations or industry changes.
- Actively lead project planning, timelines and workflow. Develop and secure approvals for robust and complete project briefs with feasible timelines and budgets. Initiate and manage all projects in compliance with estimated Marketing Services lead times.
- Assist business owners with planning and resource manager/ Creative leadership with forecasting
- Provide strategic direction and guidance on creative brief development alongside business owners and creative leadership. Develop a clear scope of work, strategic marketing direction, and project plan, that meets approved budgets and timelines. Obtain all necessary approvals prior to presenting to business owner for review and execute projects though to completion.
- Ensure work meets high standards of quality and accuracy based on Norwegian's brand identity standards and guidelines in addition to delivering on brief.
- Effectively present and champion/sell Marketing Services approved concept/designs to business owner and educate them as to its applicability to their business. Follows through with necessary adjustments and revisions.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field of study or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 4 years' experience in corporate marketing department or advertising agency as account executive. Cruise Industry experience preferred.

- Excellent communications skills, written and oral, able to present and communicate effectively with business owners and upper levels of management.
- Must have ability to manage change
- Highly detail oriented and organized. Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
