POSITION SUMMARY Silver Lining Herbs is seeking a talented and passionate Content Creator to join our team and help us share the benefits of natural health solutions for animals, particularly horses. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and informative content that resonates with our audience, showcases our brand, and highlights the benefits of our 100% natural herbal supplements. From captivating social media posts to educational videos and behind-the-scenes stories, your work will play a critical role in enhancing our brand’s visibility and connection with horse owners worldwide.

Create and publish an assigned amount of high-quality content (e.g., posts, videos, blogs) weekly across various platforms.
Achieve a targeted increase in engagement rates (likes, comments, shares) on social media platforms within the first six months.
Increase social media followers across all platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar, ensuring 100% of planned posts are published on schedule.
Successfully create live content and post updates for all company events, ensuring real-time engagement and consistent brand presence.
Develop ad content that contributes to a targeted increase in click-through rates (CTR) and a measurable lift in sales from social media campaigns.
Optimize blogs and website content to achieve organic search traffic improvement within the first six months.
Produce and publish at least two professionally edited podcasts per month, ensuring high sound quality and audience engagement.
Conduct monthly analysis of content performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align 100% of content with broader business objectives, ensuring seamless integration of messaging.
Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, highlighting the brand’s mission and products.
Proficiency in producing high-quality multimedia content, including photography, videography, graphics, and written materials.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), including trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Skilled in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software to create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials.
Expertise in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or Audacity) to produce polished videos and podcasts.
Strong organizational skills to plan, execute, and deliver content on schedule while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and adjust strategies to optimize content effectiveness.
Deep understanding of brand voice, messaging, and aesthetics to ensure consistency across all content.
Comfortable capturing live content and documenting events with a focus on storytelling and audience engagement.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and leadership.
Familiarity with the western industry, equine care, and holistic health practices, enabling authentic and relatable content creation.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
Equivalent work experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing may be considered in lieu of a degree.
This is a position that will require up to 90% of your day in front of a computer
While this is a remote position, occasional travel could be required
