Senior Digital Marketer
to join their team. As a Senior Digital Marketer, you will oversee and execute digital marketing strategies, leading both paid and organic campaigns to maximize brand visibility and revenue growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-driven marketing solutions to achieve business objectives. This is a temp to hire position with a pay of $68 per hour.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals. Oversee campaigns across multiple digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising. Lead content creation initiatives and optimize content for various platforms. Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with SEO best practices. Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Monitor budgets and KPIs to ensure optimal ROI. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance. Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign success. Lead SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings, website traffic, and conversion rates. Stay up to date with the latest trends and algorithms in SEO and SEM. Lead social media strategy and community engagement across all major platforms. Build brand presence and foster strong customer relationships through social media. Oversee email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and email automation to increase engagement and conversions. Work closely with the creative, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Manage the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring cost effective allocation across various platforms and campaigns. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role. Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, paid media, email marketing, and analytics. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, Hootsuite, and other marketing platforms. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website optimization. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team. Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and project management skills. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
