CAD Technician

About the Role
As a
CAD Technician , you will play a crucial role in translating design concepts into precise CAD drawings that drive production and installation. The ideal candidate has experience in
cabinetry construction, millwork assembly , and proficiency with industry-specific CAD software such as
Cabinet Vision
or comparable programs.
Key Responsibilities Develop detailed CAD drawings for production and installation. Produce assembly sheets and documentation, addressing production team inquiries. Prepare and process orders for custom doors, moldings, and carvings. Maintain job records using ERP systems (e.g.,
Innergy, Paycor, Cabinet Vision ).
What You Bring Experience:
2–4 years of CAD drafting/design experience in
cabinetry, millwork, or related fields . Technical Skills : Demonstrable experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, Revit, or Microvellum). Proficiency in Cabinet Vision is highly desirable. Industry Knowledge:
Aptitude and desire to learn cabinetry/millwork construction methods and material specifications. Computer Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset.
