Revelry is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing and will be responsible for managing our Social Media Specialist. As Revelry’s Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving new acquisition and conversion strategies through all earned media channels, but will work alongside our paid media agency.

Revelry is a direct-to-consumer wedding attire brand based in Austin, Texas. Our mission is to create modern suit and dress designs, with the ease of home try-on before you buy.
This position is hybrid, with a required in-office presence in our Southeast Austin office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Job Description:
- Develop and strategize acquisition and integrated brand campaigns across all channels (our blog, social, digital and partnerships) through a universal calendar
- Manage go-to-market strategies for new product launches across our marketing channels
- Work with our Graphic designer on all paid ads, email and other marketing design needs
- Run our social media strategy, ensuring brand consistency and develop engaging content to acquire new customers
- Manage our Social Media and Influencer Marketing Specialist
- Assist in managing our Digital Marketing Agency and understand performance to help make decisions
- Develop strategic email programs to acquire and nurture prospective customers
- Manage our affiliate and partner program, as well as seek strategic brand partnerships
- Research and report on new trends and competitive reports on a quarterly basis
- Report back on your efforts through Google Analytics, Facebook and Instagram metrics, and our ecommerce platform
- Help forecast growth and trends alongside Sr. Marketing Director
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising or Communications preferred
- 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably for a DTC brand or corporate environment
- 1-3 years minimum experience of people management
- Proven success developing go-to-market and/or demand gen campaign tactics
- Experience using Google Analytics and other tracking methods to measure efforts
- Experience with Klaviyo and Canva is a must
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We wear many hats and you will too.
