Role: Growth Marketing Manager
Location: Remote (Austin-area us a plus)
Compensation: $100,000-$110,000
We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution to optimize marketing campaigns and uncover new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Growth Planning
- Develop and execute data-driven growth marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify and test new acquisition channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Optimize digital marketing channels, including paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, and referral programs.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to drive conversions and customer engagement
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives.
Data Analysis & Optimization
- Use marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics) to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Generate reports and provide insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms to track campaign performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
- Proven track record of running successful marketing experiments and optimizing conversion rates.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in consulting services marketing, B2B & B2C marketing, and lead generation.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM best practices.
