~ Define and execute on GTM strategy for customer cohorts by launching campaigns & content and participating in events and conferences to hit awareness, inbound interest & revenue goals ~ Drive pipeline growth through events, webinars & conferences ~ Create processes for - consistent messaging & brand creation, data driven approach to marketing channel investments , automation in lead processing! ~ Work with the Sales & Product team to play a team sport. Close feedback loops and take the ball to the finish line. ~ Design and drive investments in different channels including conferences, content, SEO, paid marketing etc. to garner interest from AI leaders and developers. **What you need ** ~2+ experience of setting up marketing channels for an early stage devtools / infrastructure company is a must ~3-7 years career in marketing handling and managing multiple strategies ~ Proficiency in problem solving, audience segmentation & data analytics ~ Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot), CRM systems, analytics platforms ~ Experience with content Strategy & SEO management ~ Experience with event organization for technical audience, booth management in conferences, presentations and tech talks. ~ Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. ~ Strong communication skills and agility to learn so as to be able to translate messaging meaningfully for technical leadership, developers and business leaders alike! ~ Experience navigating and contributing to high-growth, rapidly changing environments, ideally having witnessed transitions across funding rounds or other expansion phases.
