About the Role
As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll balance strategic initiatives and hands-on execution, contributing to the team’s goals of driving business growth and building brand visibility. Your days will be dynamic, featuring tasks such as analyzing campaign metrics in HubSpot and SendGrid, creating email templates, and ensuring all marketing materials maintain consistency with the brand. A significant focus will also be on event marketing, collaborating with internal teams to support recruiting webinars, design assets for partner events, and enhance attendee engagement. With opportunities to contribute to project strategies, refine targeted campaigns, and analyze performance data, you will play a key role in advancing the company’s marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Email Marketing: Craft, optimize, and manage targeted email campaigns using HubSpot.
- Event Marketing: Develop and execute event-related marketing plans, including email invites, follow-ups, and design assets for both partner and in-house events.
- Data Analysis: Track email metrics, assess engagement, and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns to drive continuous improvement.
- Brand Alignment: Maintain and ensure consistency with the brand’s identity across all marketing materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, sales, and recruiting teams to develop and refine messaging and marketing strategies to ensure seamless cross-team communication.
Must Haves
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a professional marketing role.
- Email Campaign Expertise: Strong knowledge of creating, executing, and optimizing campaigns in HubSpot is essential.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for ensuring accuracy and maintaining quality in marketing materials.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Experience analyzing leads, engagement, and conversion metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
