We are looking for an experienced Shopify Website Manager to oversee and optimize our e-commerce website, ensuring a seamless customer journey and driving online sales growth.
Job Summary
As a Shopify Website Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Shopify store, managing product listings, improving conversion rates, and implementing e-commerce strategies. You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to enhance user experience, track website performance, and ensure smooth online transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Shopify Website Management:
- Maintain and optimize our Shopify website for performance, speed, and conversion rates.
- Manage product listings, pricing, descriptions, and inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Implement SEO best practices, including keyword optimization, meta tags, and site speed enhancements.
- Integrate and configure Shopify apps for enhanced functionality (marketing, analytics, payments, etc.).
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and UI/UX best practices across all pages.
- Manage and optimize the checkout process, payment gateways, and shipping settings for a seamless user experience.
Google Ads & Paid Advertising Management:
- Develop and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube).
- Monitor and optimize ad performance, keyword bids, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- Implement remarketing and retargeting strategies to increase conversions.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
- Analyze Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console to track key metrics and optimize ad spend.
- Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and report on website and ad performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Generate monthly reports on Shopify sales, ad spend, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with sales goals.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service to improve website experience and address customer concerns.
- Provide input on promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns to maximize visibility and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Shopify Experience – At least 2+ years managing Shopify stores, including theme customization, product uploads, and checkout optimization.
- Google Ads Expertise – Hands-on experience with Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Video Ads.
- SEO & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – Strong understanding of Google Search Console, on-page SEO, and landing page optimization.
- Google Analytics & Tag Manager – Ability to track conversions, set up custom events, and analyze user behavior.
- A/B Testing & Data-Driven Decision Making – Experience running A/B tests on website elements and ad creatives.
- E-commerce & Digital Marketing Knowledge – Understanding of customer acquisition funnels, remarketing strategies, and paid advertising trends.
- Basic Web Development Skills – Familiarity with Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for Shopify customizations.
- Excellent Communication & Team Collaboration – Ability to work across departments and with external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification (Preferred but not required).
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Klaviyo (Email Marketing).
- Knowledge of Shopify Plus and advanced automation tools.
- Previous experience in powersports, automotive, or outdoor adventure industries is a plus.
