Job Summary:
Asset Based Lending is seeking a Senior Digital Advertising Specialist to lead the execution of paid digital marketing strategies, with a strong focus on Google Ads and SEO optimization. This role will manage paid media campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms, while also developing and refining SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and lead generation. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced in Google Ads campaign management, keyword strategy, and search engine optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Google Ads Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and YouTube to maximize lead generation and business growth.
- SEO Strategy Development: Lead on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Continuously analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids, audience targeting, and ad creatives to improve cost-per-click (CPC), quality scores, and conversion rates.
- Technical SEO & Website Optimization: Collaborate with web developers and content teams to improve site structure, page speed, mobile usability, and metadata to enhance search rankings and user experience.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key SEO and PPC metrics, such as organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, CTR, ROAS, and lead conversion rates, providing data-driven insights for optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal content, marketing, and sales teams, as well as external SEO and paid media agencies, ensuring a cohesive and data-backed digital marketing strategy.
- Testing & Experimentation: Implement A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance campaign performance and efficiency.
- Budget Management: Oversee and allocate paid media budget strategically, ensuring optimal spending across high-performing Google Ads and SEO initiatives.
- Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, paid media trends, and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain ABL’s competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in Google Ads management and SEO strategy.
- Deep understanding of Google Ads bidding strategies, keyword match types, ad extensions, and audience targeting.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, including technical SEO, keyword research, content strategy, and link-building techniques.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO and PPC tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations to optimize search performance.
- Experience managing relationships with external SEO agencies and paid media partners.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and execute complex digital marketing strategies.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of financial services or real estate marketing.
- Google Ads and SEO certifications (Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification, etc.) are a plus.
