The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product management and engineering to develop marketing assets such as technical drawings, product videos, and educational materials.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Marketing Execution
- Develop and manage content for websites, brochures, presentations, blogs, social posts, and email campaigns.
- Work with engineers to translate technical specifications into customer-friendly marketing materials, including white papers, datasheets, and case studies.
- Create and manage product photos and videos, working with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to engage target audiences.
- Maintain and update marketing collateral to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Work closely with the product management and engineering team to understand product features and translate them into compelling marketing content.
- Assist in the creation of technical illustrations, and infographics for marketing materials.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to develop training materials and how-to guides.
- Support product launches with detailed product descriptions, visual assets, and sales enablement tools.
- Coordinate website updates and ensure accurate product information and SEO best practices.
- Manage digital campaigns, including email marketing and paid media efforts.
- Track marketing metrics and analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Create professional reports from raw marketing data for leadership team
- Social media account management and post writing/creation
- Assist in planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
- Develop booth materials, signage, and promotional items.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery of event-related content.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of CAD software or ability to work with engineers to create technical drawings.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and website CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefit
Expected Salary: $57,000- $75,000
Specialty Manufacturing is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
