Our client, a well known apparel retail company , is looking for someone to join their team as a Loyalty Marking Manager. This role is hybrid in San Francisco, CA

In this role, you will primarily focus on the acquisition for both credit card and the free rewards program. You will ensure the launch and execution of marketing initiatives are as planned and integrated into the brand’s commercial planning calendar and support the brand’s overall marketing objectives.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support the execution of omnichannel and channel specific loyalty and card marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention & acquisition
  • Partner with the brand creative teams on the development of loyalty marketing assets across multiple platforms
  • Conduct weekly, quarterly and annual reporting, tracking campaign program performance and progress by brand, channel against acquisition goals.
  • Visualize data and build stories to report campaign and program results

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in traditional CRM or direct marketing (email, credit card, or loyalty marketing)
  • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs
  • Past credit card, retail, or agency experience preferred but not required
