A prominent athleisure brand is seeking a Loyalty & Rewards Marketing Manager. This position is primarily dedicated to customer acquisition efforts for both the credit card and free rewards programs. The role ensures that the execution of marketing initiatives aligns with the overall commercial planning calendar and supports the brand’s marketing objectives. As the primary point of contact, this individual works closely with the brand teams to ensure smooth integration and seamless execution. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and influencing abilities, data analysis skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of omnichannel and channel-specific loyalty and card marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, retention, and acquisition, working in partnership with the Sr. Manager of Loyalty.
- Contribute to creative briefs and collaborate with the creative team to develop loyalty marketing assets across various platforms; ensure timely execution and adherence to strategy, while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation.
- Represent loyalty initiatives in meetings and cross-functional alignments, collaborating with key brand teams to ensure strategy clarity and effective execution across channels.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to inform insights, track in-season progress, and assist with budget forecasting in collaboration with the Business Analysis team:
- Conduct weekly, quarterly, and annual reporting, tracking campaign performance and acquisition goals across brands and channels.
- Visualize data and create reports to convey campaign and program results.
- Partner with team members to communicate results to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with key business partners to align on loyalty and program goals and initiatives, driving integration, collaboration, and shared accountability.
- Manage budgeting processes, purchase orders, and the forecasting and actualization of costs.
- Oversee the approval process of marketing assets in coordination with legal and banking partners.
Role Requirements & Skills:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in traditional CRM or direct marketing (email, credit card, or loyalty marketing).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and craft compelling stories.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and apply logical problem-solving methods to develop effective solutions.
- Proven ability to organize and manage multiple detailed projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience working across diverse functional teams (IT, Data & Analytics, Creative, etc.) to support business priorities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to use data to make informed decisions; proficiency in Excel is a plus.
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
- Previous experience in credit card, retail, or agency settings is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.
