Requirements:

• 8 or more years of experience in eliciting requirements and creating system requirements documents.
• Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in business process re-engineering and improving software process flows.
• Experience in developing user stories and use cases following business analysis best practices.
• Experience in designing mockups or wireframes adhering to UX best practices.
• Experience with requirements management software, preferably Modern Requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document system requirements through customer interviews.
• Collaborate with development teams throughout the SDLC.
• Analyze and improve business processes and software workflows.
• Develop user stories and use cases based on business needs.
• Design mockups and wireframes following UX best practices.
• Utilize requirements management tools to track and manage requirements.
• Employ issue tracking software to monitor and resolve project issues.
