Position Overview
The Director of Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for directing the global marketing efforts for Trex® RainEscape®, Trex® Protect, and Trex® Seal. This highly independent role requires a results-driven, self-starter comfortable working autonomously to lead the marketing strategy and the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting deck builders and homeowners in North America, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and increase demand for Trex® RainEscape®, Trex® Protect, and Trex® Seal.
Manage the brand identity, ensuring consistency and adherence across all channels.
Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Direct the creative development and production of all marketing materials, including promotional giveaways and apparel.
Maintain five websites, including hosting and security, content updates, and management of the web development firm.
Direct and manage external agencies/freelancers supporting the execution of integrated marketing plans, including:
Digital Advertising
Public Relations
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Website Management
Graphic Designers
Printers
Blog Writers
Photographer
Videographer
Influencers
Social Media Management
Track all marketing metrics
Create and manage the annual marketing budget
Lead the creative development for all new product launches
Build and maintain strong relationships with key Trex Company marketing staff.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing
10-15 years of experience in consumer marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Experience managing external agencies and freelancers.
Proficiency in tracking and analyzing marketing metrics, including Google Analytics.
Excellent written communication skills.
Desired Skills and Experiences
Experience in the building/construction industry, a plus
Familiarity with WordPress website management.

This position is a solo contributor with no in-house staff
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Englewood, CO.
