• Lead product and packaging design to create visually compelling, innovative gifting experiences.
• Develop and execute design concepts from ideation to production, ensuring aesthetic appeal and functionality.
• Oversee the packaging design process, ensuring that materials, sustainability, and production techniques align with the brand’s vision.
• Conduct market and trend research to develop designs that resonate with customers and enhance brand positioning.
• Manage a team of designers, providing guidance on artwork, renderings, and creative direction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Assist with photoshoot ideation and visual asset design to showcase products in an engaging way.
• Problem-solve quickly, communicate effectively, and maintain a can-do, entrepreneurial mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product design and packaging, ideally within the food or gifting industry.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), CAD software, and 3D modeling tools.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail, with a balance of creativity and analytical thinking.
• Experience working with packaging materials, printing techniques, and sustainable design solutions.
• Ability to lead projects from concept to execution, including managing timelines and collaborating with multiple teams.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter mentality, and a passion for designing memorable gifting experiences.
• Bonus: Experience with Amazon.com and e-commerce packaging design.
