Our Global Marketing team takes a consumer-centric, data-driven approach to leading end-to-end brand marketing efforts, from ideation to execution. Job Description
Your Impact to the role:
Define influencer brand strategy and how it fits within the integrated communication brand plans (content generation/ paid partnership/events/ seeding)
Collaborate with Eastern and Western Market teams to build organic social platform strategy and identify new channels to test
Develop influencer content strategy and manage the external influencer content program, overseeing workflow, briefing, and asset delivery
Develop influencer global guidelines, frameworks, and strategies that regional teams can bring to life across key markets in a consistent, impactful, and cohesive manner
Lead the content strategy - innovative, informative, and engaging content for brand, product, and lifestyle campaigns
Define and manage key organic social KPIs, providing dynamic reporting to measure the impact of each campaign
Collaborate with international market teams to ensure market needs are incorporated in organic social strategy, content development and calendar
Collaborate with creative teams and marketing teams to ensure all business needs are considered in influencer strategy
Your impact in your first year:
Play a pivotal role in taking Fresh to the next level as the brand expands its territory and authority across all platforms and markets
Assist in leading the rollout of a new brand platform, ensuring consistent execution across all social media channels
Qualifications
Who You Are
8-12 Years of Experience Required in social media or influencer marketing; beauty experience preferred
Deep understanding of all social platforms from functionality to advertising products
Strong analytical skills to evaluate content effectiveness and program performance
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to align internal and external partners swiftly
Strong creative judgment and the ability to recognize engaging, on-brand content
Proficient in digital media and social media metrics and monitoring tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, Tribe)
Technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SparkAR; photography, Photoshop & video editing skills a plus

The salary range for the role is $160,000 - $180,000 USD
