Photo Editor Job at JMI Resource in Tampa

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Image Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for aesthetics, excellent Photoshop skills, and the ability to enhance, retouch, and manipulate images to meet brand and client standards. This role requires a strong understanding of color correction, composition, and digital asset management to produce high-quality visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit, retouch, and enhance images to improve quality and visual appeal.
• Perform color correction, background removal, and image compositing.
• Ensure consistency in image quality, resolution, and style across all projects.
• Work closely with designers, photographers, and marketing teams to meet project deadlines.
• Organize and maintain an image library for easy access and retrieval.
• Optimize images for web, print, and social media usage.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and image editing techniques.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Image Editor, Photo Editor, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other image editing software.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye.
• Basic knowledge of video editing (optional but a plus).
• Experience with digital asset management systems is a bonus.
