UKG is looking for an experienced communications and employee enablement expert to join its Engineering, Product, Innovation & Cloud (EPIC) organization as part of the Value Enablement & Adoption team (Communications/Enablement, Early Careers, Onboarding, Training, and Innovation). The role is pivotal in shaping our internal communications strategy and driving employee adoption of programs, processes, tools, and behaviors across the EPIC organization.
As Manager of Communications & Enablement you will report to the Senior Director, EPIC Value Enablement & Adoption, leading a team responsible for empowering employees with the tools, knowledge, and skills they need to adapt to changes and perform their roles effectively.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of communications and enablement professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication and enablement strategies that align with corporate goals and values.
Design and implement programs that enhance employee engagement and understanding of how to put EPIC’s program, priorities, and processes into practice.
Collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to assess risk, determine employee impact, understand current / future state, and provide counsel on the assets and resources needed for employees to comfortably navigate change—as well as tactically support organizational change initiatives through effective communication and employee enablement approaches.
Create and oversee the creation of compelling messaging and multimedia content (e.g., written communications, infographics, web pages, videos, and more) for various internal communication channels (email, intranet, digital signage, etc.)
Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives.
Impact the day-to-day performance and overall results of the team by managing priorities and resources.
Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of communication and enablement programs.
This is a hybrid work model, and we are looking for local candidates that are available to be in the office three days per week
Minimum required qualifications:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in PR, marketing, corporate communications, employee engagement, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related discipline.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic communication, enablement, and change management plans that support desired business outcomes (i.e., strategist and tactician).
Forward-thinking, creative individual that values innovation.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in business to business (B2B) high tech market; high tech PR or marketing agency experience is highly desirable.
Change Management certification from Prosci® or the Association of Change Management Professionals® (ACMP).
Tech savvy and experienced using social media, collaboration, content management and AI platforms.
Servant leader with strong team/resource management abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
Highly personable with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and ability to work well across internal teams and cultures.
Strong eye for design and visual storytelling.

The pay range for this position is $98,800.00 to $143,450.00, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
